To register your ESPD, just go to buyer profile : [insert URL here] and pick ESPD like answer modality. ESPD can be complete with information based on SIRET to permits :

• companies legal data recovery
• companies size and revenues data recovery
• automation attestations from administrations

You must complete the other information.

ESPD makes possible the automatic retrieval of public market's certifications. These certifications are retrieved at validation of form.

B/ For buyers who aren't connected to ESPD service

1) Buyer makes available an ESPD

When the economic operator use ESPD (article R 2143-4 du code de la la Commande Publique), he cans used the following services :

• "Service DUME" (ESPD service) on chorus-pro.gouv.fr ;

The economic operator cans use ESPD which is make available by buyer in consultation documents which defined selection criteria.

2 ) Buyer doesn't make available ESPD

When the economic operator use ESPD (article R 2143-4 du code de la la Commande Publique), he cans used the following services :

• "Service DUME" (ESPD service) on  chorus-pro.gouv.fr ;
• ESPD service by European Commission on : https://ec.europa.eu/tools/espd.

A/ Electronic signature does't required on a buyer profile

ESPD doens't have to be signed.

B/ Alpha ESPD

Economic operator cans used ESPD with only part 4 which is complete.
